Customer Inquiry

Customer calls or approach agent
Agent explains available packages and pricing. Refer to Broadband Package
Customer selects preferred package
Agent checks broadband coverage at customer location at https://unifi.com.my/check-coverage

Important Notes

Notify local customer (Malaysian) is required to make Advance Payment RM100 to TM Unifi account within 14 days after installation to avoid service suspension. Account will be suspended if no payment made after 14 days. If NO Advance Payment paid after 30 days , customer account will be force terminated due to “Unpaid Upfront Payment” and early termination penalty will be charged.
It is important to inform customer that Early Termination Penalty Fees for TM Unifi (Consumer) will be charged based on the original package price x remaining months period within contract if customer terminate the service within contract period.
Please inform your customer that deferment/postpone of Unifi installation within 48 hours before the appointment date will lead to a penalty of RM200.
For Port Full area (Demand List) which require TM to add port (justified by TM), customer is required to make Upfront Payment RM88 to proceed to request add port.

Verify document authenticity and completeness

Document Requirements

Required Documents (Local Malaysian)
Clear Copy of colour IC of applicant (front & back)
Latest utility bill (like electricity OR water OR cukai tanah OR cukai pintu OR indah water) full 1 page using at same installation address.
Whatsapp Converstion Proof that shows applicant agree to subscribe Unifi (Latest Unifi template)

Application Submission

Click "Submit New Order" and fill out application form & upload required documents

Installation and Appointment

Technical team make appointment & installs the service

Installation appointment date would normally be within 1 week after registration.
  • For landed properties such as double storey, semi-D, bungalow and others, installation is allowed to be done on any day includes weekend.
  • For high rise building with management team such as condo and apartment, installation is only allowed to be done on weekday as most building management team are closed on weekend.
Installation appointment date will be known right after UNIFI registration. A confirmation slip will be sent to you and the installation appointment date is written there. You have to inform your customer about the appointment date.
Contractor will normally call your customer to confirm the appointment date 2 or 3 days before. Please remind your customer to answer phone call within these period even though the caller is an unknown number. Contractor might be using unknown number to reach your customer.
Notify your customer if want to re-arrange your appointment, kindly contact TM Unifi Center (100).
Standard installation of RM200 (15 meters of fibre optic cable) is waived until further notice. Additional Charges may be implied if Non-Standard Installation required. Please download and refer to the installation guide below.
